This episode was written and recorded in honor of a gentleman named Robert  Levine. We met for the first time on the day before his 96th birthday. 

Bob inspired me to look at life through a lens of gratitude and thoughtfulness. A consummate gentleman, though he had struggled mightily in his younger life, he met each day with a sense of wonder and curiosity. 

I wanted his story to be published between Memorial Day and the anniversary of D-Day, as Army Private Robert Levine was a decorated veteran of World War II.  His service to our country changed the trajectory of his life forever.
